Four regions.
Senior leads in each.

The senior consultants coordinating GlobalCom’s regional programmes — each with deep knowledge of their markets, their media and the clients operating in them.

Every GlobalCom engagement is coordinated by a senior lead who takes responsibility for the brief, the strategy and the client relationship — across all countries in the programme. These are the regional leads who own that coordination role in their part of the world. For the full picture of how we work across markets, visit the Markets page.

Marta Dourado
Marta Dourado
Brazil & Latin America

Brazil is a market of 210 million people — the largest economy in Latin America, with a media landscape that rewards deep local knowledge and relationships built over decades. Marta has been running communications programmes in Brazil and across Latin America for over 35 years, with expertise spanning corporate reputation, crisis communications, public policy and financial communications. She has led programmes for global brands including Mastercard, Unilever and Novartis, and advised multilateral institutions such as the IFC (World Bank Group) — bringing a level of seniority and market access that is rare in any region.

Joanne Hogue
Joanne Hogue
North America

North America is the market where enterprise technology brands build or lose global credibility — a media ecosystem where sector-specialist trade press, Tier-1 business media and analyst communities all operate at a level of rigour that demands sustained presence and genuine expertise. Joanne has spent more than two decades running B2B technology communications programmes in the US, building deep specialist knowledge across cloud computing, data storage, cybersecurity and AI alongside the media and analyst relationships that only come with years in the market. Her track record includes sustained coverage in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes and Fortune for clients across enterprise technology — from early-stage companies making their first US move to established names defending market position.
